Introduction
In the following privacy policy, I inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on my website. I only collect and process personal data in accordance with legal requirements (Datenschutzgrundverordnung, Telekommunikationsgesetz 2003).
As soon as you as a user access my website or visit it, your IP address, start and end of the session will be recorded. This is technically necessary and thus constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit f GDPR.

Data storage
As part of facilitating the purchase process and for subsequent contract processing, the webshop operator stores the IP address of the connection holder, as well as name, address, email, telephone number, and payment information via cookies.
For contract processing, the following data is also stored by me:
Name, address, email, telephone number, payment information.
The data provided by you are necessary for the performance of the contract and for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Conclusion of a contract without this data is not possible. The collected data will not be transmitted to third parties, except for the transmission of payment data (credit card data) to the processing bank/payment service provider for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the shipping company (transport company) commissioned by me for the delivery of the goods, and to my tax advisor to fulfill my tax obligations.
If you cancel the purchase process, the data stored by me will be deleted. If a contract is concluded, all data resulting from the contractual relationship will be stored by me until the end of the statutory retention period (7 years). The transmitted name, address, purchased goods, and purchase date will also be stored until the end of the product liability period (10 years). Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for the performance of the contract) of the GDPR.

My website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device by the browser. They do not cause any damage. I use cookies to make my offer user-friendly.
